FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got questions? You’re not the only one.

Here are a few things people often ask before working with me.

Minimal Desk Flatlay

Do I have to know exactly what I need?

Not at all. Most people reach out because things already feel scattered or overwhelming. Sometimes clients know exactly what they want, and sometimes they just know something isn’t working smoothly. We can figure out the next steps together.

Do you only work locally?

No. While I love supporting local businesses and working with people in my community, I also work remotely with clients in other areas. Most services can be handled virtually through email, phone, Zoom, and shared systems.

Do you work with contractors only?

No, although I do work closely with contractors and service-based businesses. I also support small business owners who need help with organization, customer communication, websites, online presence, admin support, and creative projects.

Can you work inside my existing systems?

Usually, yes. If you already use platforms like Jobber, QuickBooks, Wix, Google Business Profile, spreadsheets, or other systems, I can often step into what you already have and help organize, improve, or manage it instead of needing to start over.

I’m already overwhelmed and behind. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Honestly, that’s usually when people reach out. You do not need to have everything perfectly organized before asking for help. Part of the process is helping reduce the mental clutter and creating systems that feel more manageable moving forward.

How does payment work?

For one-time projects, a deposit is usually required before work begins, with the remaining balance due at completion or in agreed phases depending on the project size. Ongoing monthly support is billed separately on a recurring basis. Everything is discussed clearly upfront so there are no surprises.

What if I only need one thing fixed?

That’s okay too. Not every project needs to be a massive overhaul. Sometimes people just need help cleaning up one issue, organizing one system, updating one page, or getting unstuck in one area. Small fixes are still valuable.
