Q. How does pricing work? A: I offer both hourly and project-based pricing, depending on the kind of support you're looking for. For ongoing admin help, I offer hourly packages that are billed at the start of each month - you choose how many hours you’d like, and we use them however you need throughout the month. It gives you flexibility without the overwhelm of a long-term contract. For creative projects like social media content, graphics, or website design, I offer flat-rate packages with clear deliverables and timelines - no surprises. Not sure what fits best? Q: Do I need to have everything ready before we work together? Nope - not even close. You don’t need a perfect system, a polished brand, or a stack of files ready to go. A lot of my clients come to me feeling scattered or overwhelmed, and part of my job is helping you get organized as we go. Whether you have a clear vision or just a messy to-do list, we’ll figure out what you need and create a plan that works for you. I’m here to make things easier - not add to the stress.
Q: What happens after I sign on? Once your first payment is in, we’ll schedule a quick call to get everything set up. We’ll go over what you need help with, what’s been falling through the cracks, and what you want to tackle first. From there, we’ll create a clear plan and get started. I’ll check in regularly (usually once a week) to keep things on track and make sure everything’s going smoothly. You’ll always know what’s next and how things are progressing — no guesswork, just results.
Q: Do you offer refunds? Once we’ve started working together, I don’t offer refunds—unless I need to cancel our agreement. In that case, I’ll refund any remaining balance within one business day. If you decide to cancel, any unused hours will be forfeited. When a project wraps up, I’ll make sure all files and assets I’ve created are transferred to you. You’ll have everything you need to move forward smoothly. I take pride in being thorough, professional, and easy to work with—start to finish.
Q: Do I have to be “tech-savvy” to work with you? A: Not at all. In fact, that’s kind of the point of working with me — I handle the tech so you don’t have to stress about it. Whether it’s organizing your Google Drive, setting up simple systems, or creating your online content, I’ll walk you through what you need to know (and quietly take care of the rest). You don’t need to be tech-savvy - you just need to know what kind of help you’re ready for.
Q: What if I only need help for a short-term project? A: That works just fine! I offer project-based packages for one-time needs like social media content, graphics, simple websites, and other creative work. If you’ve got a specific goal or something you’ve been putting off because it feels like a lot - I’m happy to jump in, get it done, and make the process as easy as possible. No long-term commitment needed.
Q: Can I just get help with one part of my business, like social media or invoicing? A: Totally. You don’t have to hand over everything - I offer support that fits you. Whether you need help with just your social media, invoicing, inbox, or something else specific, I can jump in right where you need it most. Some clients start small with one area and expand later once they see how much time and stress it saves - but there’s no pressure to do more than what makes sense for you.
