Fully branded digital menu

Client: Frei’s Inside Scoop – Local ice cream shop
Project Type: Digital menu
Goal: Create a clean, easy-to-read digital menu that highlights current flavors and promotions, optimized for continuous looping on a mounted screen inside the shop. The client wanted something visually consistent with their website and branding, but more simplified for quick glances from customers in line.
What I Did:
-
Designed a multi-slide menu loop using Canva
-
Matched fonts and colors to existing brand assets for consistency
-
Organized flavors into clear sections with generous spacing
-
Added branded headlines and flavor icons to enhance visual appeal
-
Exported as an MP4 video for autoplay on an in-store screen

Tools Used: Wix, Canva, brand elements from website design
Project Notes:
The in-store screen is small and mounted high, so legibility and layout were key. This wasn’t just a graphic—it needed to function like signage, guiding customers quickly without overwhelming them. I kept transitions smooth and pacing slow enough to be readable, even if someone only glanced up for a few seconds.
Takeaway:
Digital menus are a powerful add-on for brick-and-mortar businesses. When branded and intentionally designed, they not only reduce ordering confusion but also reinforce a professional, polished brand experience—even while someone’s deciding between cookie dough and rocky road.
