Client Onboarding
This page walks you through everything I need to get started.
You don’t need to do this all at once. Start where you can and we’ll fill in the rest together.

Please complete the intake form first. The rest of this page depends on what we’re working on together.
Step 1: Client Intake Form
This helps me understand your business, your goals, and which parts of the setup below apply to you.
Step 2: Access Instructions
The sections below are grouped by project type. Only complete the sections that apply to what we’re working on together based on your intake form.
Website & Google Business Profile Access
(Only if we’re working on your website or GBP)
Website Access (Wix)
If we’re working on your website, please add me as a collaborator.

Log in to your Wix account

Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions

Add jennifer.skiles.va@gmail.com as a collaborator

Grant Website Manager access unless we discussed otherwise
If your domain is managed outside of Wix, access may be requested later if needed.

Google Business Profile Access:
If your project includes Google Business Profile work, please add me as a manager.

Log in to Google and open your Business Profile

Go to Business Profile Settings → People & access

Add jennifer.skiles.va@gmail.com as a manager
Manager access is sufficient. Ownership access is not required.

Notes

If your project does not include website or Google Business Profile work, you can skip this entire section.

If you don’t have access yet or aren’t sure where to find these settings, that’s okay. Just note it in the intake form and we’ll sort it out together.
Admin Support Access
(Only if included in your project)
Instructions:
Please provide access only to the tools we’re using for admin support. If you don’t use all of these or aren’t sure how to grant access yet, that’s completely fine.

Email Access (Gmail)
If email management or customer communication is part of your project, please set up Gmail delegation.

Log in to your Gmail account

Go to Settings → See all settings → Accounts and Import

Under Grant access to your account, add jennifer.skiles.va@gmail.com

Select Delegate access

This allows me to manage email without seeing your password.
​
Google Drive (if applicable)
If we’ll be working with shared documents or files, please share access to the relevant folders.

Right-click the folder in Google Drive

Select Share
-
Add jennifer.skiles.va@gmail.com with Editor access
You can share individual folders rather than your entire Drive.
Scheduling, Invoicing, or Other Tools
If you use any tools for scheduling, invoicing, customer management, or internal tracking, please share access only if it’s relevant to your project.
Examples include:

Scheduling tools

Invoicing or payment platforms

Customer or contact tracking systems
If access is needed, I’ll let you know exactly what level is required.

If you’re unsure about any of the above or don’t have access set up yet, simply note it in the intake form and we’ll address it together.
Social Media Access
(Only if included in your project)
Instructions:
Upload Your Assets
Upload anything you already have. Logos, photos, brand files, documents, or notes.
If you don’t have everything yet, that’s completely fine.
